Kyle Moss

After moving to Asheville in 2017, Kyle started working with the team at Asheville City Real Estate and discovered his passion for connecting people with their new homes, whether rental or otherwise. He finds great joy in the opportunities to connect with and engage Ashevillians, both old and new, by narrowing down clients’ wants and needs for their property, searching for the perfect starter home or investment or introducing them to new parts of town.

As the proud co-owner (alongside his partner, Kay), Kyle looks forward to carefully molding those connections into real estate deals.

Previously, Kyle served as the Communications and Resource Coordinator for the Hunger and Health Coalition, a local nonprofit focused on alleviating food and prescription medicine insecurity.

In his spare time, you can find him singing or playing the guitar, trying new food, visiting local coffee shops, reading or snuggling with his cats, Mystery & Aggie.
