As the Director of Operations for AVLmeetup, Rachael, aka Ray Ray, is a seasoned sales expert with over 18 years of experience in building high-performing teams and systems. She has achieved top 10% performance in major brands like Best Buy and TJX Corporations, and her planning and execution skills have been instrumental in the successful launch of new systems while nurturing relationships at all levels.

Rachael's real estate career began in Florida prior to relocating to Western North Carolina. She became a high-performing agent in the region. She then was promoted to Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker King, where she successfully integrated remc, a cutting-edge platform that boosted growth and improved office systems. Her real-life success using the platform made her a first adopter and a valuable asset in communicating the value and benefits of the platform to her team, and future brokerage and broker clients.

Now, as the Director of Operations for AVLmeetup, Rachael's primary focus is to help grow the local real estate community and the business of others through the utilization and execution of impactful events focused on the NET Profit Philosophy (Networking, Education, and Transactions). Under Rachael and the team’s leadership, AVLmeetup has become the premier networking and education event for real estate professionals in Western North Carolina.

She is part of a team that is committed to providing an exceptional experience, innovative education, and industry expertise to their members and community. Her vision and commitment to innovation have helped shape AVLmeetup into a leading force in the real estate industry.

The most significant aspect of her career has been the privilege and blessing of positively impacting and developing others while building relationships throughout her career. She loves Jesus and spending time with the youth at her church Upward Christian Fellowship while spreading the good news! Her dog Dixie Jane brightens her days :) She comes from a family of Law enforcement and Marines, Semper Fi!
